Sure enough the girls return from their exploits with stories of the capture on film of rare birds. The leader of the tour was amazed at the number of twitchers she had, including a couple of young boys, hellbent on plying their trade.
We wake to the wind howling through the vans. A change has arrived and the decision not to fish has been vindicated.
Robyn and Rose have booked in for a bird watching tour. The tour is to begin at 6.00am. Rumour has it Rose set the alarm for 4.30am in an attempt to be ready in time. Not sure if she was, I simply rolled over when our alarm went off.
There is no water output here for the van. We have to retain any and all grey water. With this in mind a shower in the local facilities becomes the preferred option. Unpressured, I arise and take my towel and toiletries and walk to the amenities block. The showers are a much enjoyed change to the caravan facility, where you are always mindful of time. The output of the shower in the El Questro facility is much bulkier and I relish in it.
